This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was called for enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent. The enquiry revealed that the complaint is based on a money transaction between the parties.The petitioner and the 3rd respondent given undertaking before the respondent police stating that they will approach the concerned Civil Forum for their remedy and accordingly the enquiry was closed on 08.11.2020.
