Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to directing the 4th respondent to regularise the petitioners service as Full Time Sweeper on the date of completion of 10 years of part time service from 8.3.1990 and to pay time scale of pay and other benefits payavle with effect from 8.3.2000 by counting the 50 percentage of part time service for the purpose of pension in the light of the order passed in WA(MD).93/2018 dt 27.3.2018 as confirmed by the apex court by dismissal of S.L.P.No.23960/2018 For Petitioner : Mr.R.M.Maheswaran For Respondent : Mrs.S.Srimathy, Special Government Pleader

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.5635 of 2020 dated 18.03.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the official respondents have filed a writ appeal in W.A(MD).No.241 of 2021 and this Court, by order dated 04.02.2021, passed in C.M.P(MD).No.715 of 2021, granted an order of interim stay.
