O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant against the third respondent on the basis of the order dated 10.12.2018 of learned Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai in STC No.939 of 2013 within the stipulated time. 2.The petitioner is the complainant in STC No.939 of 2013 pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Madurai. Non Bailable Warrant issued against the defacto complainant on 10.12.2018. It is seen that till now it has not been executed by the second respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that within a month the warrant will be executed.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to execute the Non https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12726 of 2021 Bailable Warrant that has been issued against the third respondent herein and after that compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.
