ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 02.09.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.4914 of 2020, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that as against the order passed in the Writ Petition, an intra-court appeal has been filed in W.A.(MD).No.44 of 2024 and the same was allowed vide judgment dated 01.03.2024. As such, there cannot be any disobedience of the order passed by the writ Court.
