2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to dispose of her appeal presented before the respondent arising out of the patta proceedings said to have been presented on 12.12.2016.

4. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner and on the merits of the matter, I only direct the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, after hearing all the parties concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
