Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ or direction in the nature of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the petitioners service as Full-time sweeper on the date of completion of ten years of part time service from 06.03.1990 and to pay time scale of pay and other benefits payable with effect from 06.03.2000 by counting the 50 per cent of part time service for the purpose of pension in the light of the order passed in WA(MD).No.93/2018 dated 27.03.2018 as confirmed by the apex court by dismissal of S.L.P.No.23960 of 2018 For Petitioner : Mr.R.Maheshwaran For Respondent : Mr.S.Srimathy Special Government Pleader

O R D E R

It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with on 16.12.2020. Hence, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as willful in nature.

2.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the compliance order dated 16.12.2020, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
