ORDER

The writ petitioner is a lessee of shop No.4, under the respondent corporation. The writ petitioner has requested the second respondent to furnish him with the monthly-wise break-up details. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation agrees to furnish the same.

2.Recording such submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of. However, it is made clear that in the event of there arising any dispute between the writ petitioner and the respondent corporation with regard to the calculation of the rental arrears, the respondents shall follow due process of law by giving proper notice before proceeding to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispossess the writ petitioner. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD) Nos.20062 to 20064 of 2017 are closed.
