interferes with the peaceful conduct of legal business by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for an issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents nos 3 to 7 to give appropriate protection to the petitioner to ply the auto in the area permitted by the second respondent and consequently direct the respondents to give protection and to take appropriate action against the person who interferes with the peaceful conduct of legal business by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2018
2. It is seen that the petitioner has given a representation dated 18.07.2018 to the respondents in this regard.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, there shall be a direction to the fifth respondent herein to consider the representation dated 18.07.2018 made by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
