2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.5501/2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.6824 of 2019 on 29/05/2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.5501/2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.6824 of 2019 on 29/05/2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every Month until further orders.
