Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ or direction in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner service as Full Time Sweeper on the date of completion of ten years of part time service from 5.12.1990 and to pay time scale of pay and other benefits payable with effect from 5.12.2020 by counting the 50 percent of part time service for the purpose of pension in the light of the order passed in WA(MD).No.93/2018 dated 27.3.2018 as confirmed by the apex court by dismissal of SLP.No.23960 For Petitioner : Mr.R.Maheswaran For Respondent : Mrs.S.Srimathy, Special Government Pleader

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.6478 of 2020, dated 08.06.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the order of this Court has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P(MD)No.979 of 2020 complied with vide proceedings in Ni.Mu.No.0862/A1/2020 dated 15.12.2020.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no such order has been served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to serve a copy of the proceedings dated 15.12.2020, to the petitioner.
