ORDER

The writ petitioner's case is that his father purchased the subject property from one Muthukaruppan in the name of local deity. The said Muthukaruppan is no more. The writ petitioner's father is also no more.

2.According to the writ petitioner, instead of effecting mutation in favour of the deity patta was changed in some others name. Therefore, he has submitted a representation on 30.08.2017 to the respondent for change of patta. Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 31.03.2018.
