ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.10208 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.10208 of 2020 on 24/09/2020 regularly, and they pray for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.5873 of 2020 by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.10208 of 2020 on 24/09/2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
