The above petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 93 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant namely Kasirajan (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and (iii) to bring on record the proposed petitioners 2 to 6 herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as proposed appellants 2 to 6 in the above appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 6 and perused the records.

3.Records perused. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and list the matter on 09.07.2026.
