ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to revoke the petitioner's suspension order passed by him on 26.02.2016 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2016.

2. Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Considering the fact that the petitioner made a representation before the respondent and the same is pending, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner dated 14.06.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.The first respondent shall keep in mind that this Court has not issued any positive direction accepting the case of petitioner on merits.
