ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to make an entry of the judgment rendered in S.A.No.102 of 2022 & S.A.No.103 of 2022 in the the Encumbrance certificate regarding TS 70, by considering the petitioner's representation.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that they are the owners of the property, wherein the property was mortgaged to Canara Bank. Subsequently, the petitioners committed default in repayment and the Canara Bank brought the property for sale. However, in the meantime, the petitioner has completely settled the debt and consequently, the sale was cancelled. The petitioner now wants to make an entry regarding the cancellation of the sale deed based on the judgment rendered in S.A.No.102 of 2022 & S.A.No.103 of 2022.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2025, and pass orders as per law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
