To pass an order of extension of time in CRL OP.(MD)No.8178 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020 for one month so as to enable the petitioner to deposit the said amount Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Madras High Court Madurai Bench, Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai-625 023 and surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.U.UMAMAHESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Madras high Court, Madurai Bench, Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai-625 023, and the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.4909 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8178 of 2020, dated 05.10.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.5852 of 2020 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Madras high Court, Madurai Bench, Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai-625 023, and surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2,500/-(Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
