Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.A.AJMALKHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8113 of 2020, dated 01.10.2020.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court from 20.10.2020 onwards.
3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 20.10.2020.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Police station once in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.5789 of 2020 a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered.
