This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 not to accord any permission to the third respondent for conducting the annual festival celebration of Arulmigu Mariamman and Kaliyamman Temple, Vendrilingapuram, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District for the year 2020 without formation of 7 members Committee from all the subsects of Vendrilingapuram, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the aforesaid festival was conducted and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
