ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 449, 294(b), 307, 109 I.P.C and Sections 4A(2)(i) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 @ U/s. 449, 294(b), 307, 109 and 302 I.P.C and Section 4A(2)(i) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 in Crime No.171 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused and the deceased viz., Geetha are husband and wife. The first accused often developed quarrel as against the deceased. At that juncture, on 25.07.2018, the first accused went to the defacto complainant's house and he developed quarrel as against the deceased, her mother Perumal and her grandmother Chellaponnu. Consequently, he poured kerosene over the said Geetha, Perumal and Chellaponnu and he set fire. Due to that, the first accused's wife Geetha died in the hospital. Hence, the complaint.

4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
