Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the subject property stands in the name of his Grandfather and he died quite some time back, leaving behind sons and grand children. All that the petitioner seeks is that the names of the legal heirs should be brought on record. In this regard, a representation dated 03.08.2017 was given to the second respondent herein.

3. This Court, therefore, directs the second respondent to dispose of the said representation dated 03.08.2017, on or before 31.03.2018, in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
