ORDER : This Civil Revision Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ILANGO, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the court made the following order:- Interim stay on condition that the Petitioner/appellant to deposit the admitted liability of a sum of Rs.13,41,000/-(Rupees Thirteen Lakhs and Forty one Thousand only) with proportionate accrued interest and costs to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.83 of 2019, on the file of the learned Sub Court for MCOP Cases, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court.
