Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to fix and receive the land value cost and issue the patta on the name of the petitioner with regard to land in B.Meenakshipuram village survey NO. 249/4 an extent of 0.24.5 hectare is situated at Bodinayakanur Taluk , Theni District.

2. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is to be borne in mind that the scope under Order 47 Rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Code is limited under the guise of Review Application. The Review Applicant cannot be allowed to reargue the matter, which was decided on merits. The Review Application can be entertained only if there is an error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference.

4. In the case on hand, the time as sought for by the petitioners had been granted by this Court and hence, no grounds are made out for reviewing the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.9416 of 2015, dated 30.06.2015.

5. For the reasons stated above, I do not find any error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference in the Review Application. The Review Application is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
