2. The writ petitioner is an agriculturalist and he had planted trees. His case is that he had suffered loss. Under the drip irrigation scheme, the petitioner is entitled for compensation for the loss of his trees. He has given a representation in this regard on 28.07.2017 to the authorities and the third respondent is said to be the competent authority.

3. The third respondent is, therefore, directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2017, on or before 31.03.2018, in accordance with law.
