W.P.(MD)No.15775 of 2019 Based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent, B.Jahir Ussain, the petitioner was summoned and after ascertaining it is purely money dispute and civil in nature, the parties are advised to workout their remedy before the appropriate forum and the complaint was closed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further states that there is no interference by the respondent police in the civil dispute.
3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
