To call for the records pertaining to the Judgment and Decree passed by the Sub Court, Paramakudi in A.S.No.48 of 2012 dated 13.12.2013 confirming the Judgment and Decree passed by the District Munsif, Paramakudi in O.S.No.23 of 2010 dated 31.01.2012. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.TAMILMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.PT.S.NARENDRAVASAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed for condoning the delay of 1465 days in re-presenting the SA(MD)SRNo.32473 of 2016.

2.The learned Counsel for the respondents strongly objects this petition that the delay is enormous and there is already 875 days delay in filing the appeal. Now the delay in re-presenting appeal is 1465 days.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons, this petition is allowed, with a cost of Rs.2,000/- [Rupees Two Thousand], which shall be paid to the Creche, viz., Bubbles Day Care, being run by the Women https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
