Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

2. The writ petitioner seeks to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from granting permission to the fourth respondent to conduct their temple festival. He has given a representation in this regard on 14.12.2017.

3. It appears that the legal rights of the writ petitioner are in no way affected. I, therefore, find no merit in this writ petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
