O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction the educational loan to the petitioner's son K.Selvapandian, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.01.2017.

2. Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and based on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's application was returned for effecting certain compliance and that the said application has not been represented by the petitioner so far with relevant materials. Therefore, the learned counsel submitted that if the petitioner resubmit the application with relevant materials, it will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with the norms.

3. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to resubmit the

application with relevant materials within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such application, the respondent Bank will consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with norms within a period of three weeks thereafter. No costs.
