The petitioner with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.109 of 2024 and it was closed on 28.03.2024.
