Contending that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with, this contempt petition came to be filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced copy of the proceedings dated 09.02.2026 passed in compliance with the order of this Court. It is seen that the writ petitioner / Pitchai is no more. The authorities are ready to disburse the amount to the legal heirs provided the legal heir certificate is produced.
