Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

2. The petitioner has purchased the subject property by a sale deed dated 24.10.2005. But, the property still stands in the name of the vendor, in the revenue records. Therefore, the petitioner wants to mutate the property in his name and he has made a representation dated 15.07.2017, in this regard.

3. The respondent is directed to pass orders thereon, on or before 31.03.2018, in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of, in the above terms. No costs.
