This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give permission for conducting day night Kabadi Programme with mike on 07.11.2020 and 08.11.2020 at Pattanam and give adequate police protection for conducting the programme on 07.11.2020 and 08.11.2020 at Pattanam on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2020.

2. It is seen that the above writ petition has been filed on 03.11.2020 for conducting the Kabadi Programme on 07.11.2020 and 08.11.2020. The writ petition has been filed very closure to the date of programme and the same has been taken on file today only (ie.09.11.2020). Therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now, the petitioner intends to conduct the festival on 12.11.2020, for which, he will give a fresh representation to the respondents. Therefore, the respondents may be directed to consider the fresh representation of the petitioner.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the respondents and on such representation being made, the respondents are directed to consider same and pass appropriate orders forthwith.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
