This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors / respondents 1 to 3 for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in in W.P.(MD)No.14586 of 2020 dated 14.12.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court dated 14.12.2022 and the directions contained therein have been complied with.
