ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

2. The petitioner has filed a statutory appeal on 05.10.2017 before the first respondent and he seeks disposal of the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Standing Counsel would point out that there are already a number of earlier appeals pending before the Commission and therefore, the writ petitioner's appeal can be disposed only as per the seniority.

4. However, a direction is given to the effect that the Commission shall endeavour to dispose of the appeal, on or before 31.04.2018.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of, in the above terms. No costs.
