The petitioner/wife, seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2020 filed by the husband, seeking divorce under Section 13(1)(i-a) of Hindu Marriage Act, from the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi to Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

2. Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience. A perusal of the papers shows that the wife is a resident of Kovilpatti and the husband is the resident of Tenkasi. It is also claimed that the wife is suffering from mental disorder.

3. Considering the above, the request for transfer is accepted and H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2020, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tenkasi is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti. The Principal Subordinate Court, Tenkasi is directed to transmit the papers to the Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti forthwith. However, there will be no order as to costs.
