A common order has been passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6312 of 2018 in Crl.A.(MD)No.SR.25539 of 2018, wherein the delay of 495 days has been condoned and the judgment of the Trial Court has been modified to the effect that fine amount of Rs.10,000/- has been reduced into fine amount of Rs.5,000/- for the reasons stated therein. Therefore, no separate order need to be passed in this Criminal Appeal. Accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is partly allowed.
