ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Court, Trichy to expedite the proceedings in Arbitration Appeal No.98 of 2019 and to dispose of the same within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Arbitration Appeal No.98 of 2019 challenging the award passed by the sole Arbitrator. He further submits that the said appeal is pending from the year 2019 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 2/4

4.In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the appeal in Arbitration Appeal No.98 of 2019 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
