PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.190 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing today (13.06.2025), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the offences have been altered from Sections 281 & 125(a) of BNS, 2023 to Sections 281 & 106(i) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.190 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned counsel on either side submitted that the said offences are bailable in nature.
3. Hence, recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
