COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned paper notification dated 08.12.2017 issued by the respondents 2 to 4 in Dinakaran Newspaper, Ramanathapuram District, to conduct a General Body meeting on 30.12.2017 to fix a date for electing the bearers and executive committee members in respect of the Sourashtra kalvi Kuzhu and quash the same as illegal an unconstitutional. For petitioner : Mr.Niranjan S.Kumar (in both petitions) For R1 : Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar ( in both petitions) Additional Government Pleader For R3 & R4: Mr.R.Vijayakumar in WP.Nos. 24233/2017 and 23995/2017 For R2 in WP(MD)Nos.23995/17 and 24233/17: No Appearance ---- COMMON ORDER Both the writ petitions have been filed, challenging the notice issued by the respondents 2 to 4, to conduct General Body meeting for the purpose of conducting election to the petitioner's society.

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier WP(MD) No.4427 of 2013 filed by the rival parties has already been dismissed by this Court and therefore, these writ petitions has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
