ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to unlock the temple, namely, Kaliamman Temple situated at Aranthangi, Pudukottai District, for worship. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14659 of 2021 respondents 1 to 3 would submit that in respect of the dispute between the parties, Peace Committee Meeting was conducted by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi and during the course of Peace Committee Meeting, the petitioner and the counter respondents participated and resolution has also been taken. Based upon the terms of resolution, the temple was opened on 09.09.2021 and now, it is functioning. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) as well as keeping on record the copy of the resolution that has been undertaken in the Peace Committee Meeting, this petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
