ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.
2. The writ petitioner questions the impugned enquiry notice of the second respondent dated 30.12.2016, which is a recommendation made by the second respondent to the first respondent, for cancellation of assignment granted in favour of the petitioner.
3. It is the first respondent, who has to pass the final order. As and when, the final order is passed, it is always open to the writ petitioner to agitate his case.

4. Since a writ will not lie against a mere enquiry report, the writ petition stands dismissed, as premature and not-maintainable. The Writ petitioner is claiming that he is in possession of the subject land, as on date. It is made clear that the rights of the parties have not been gone into in this writ petition. No costs.
