ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in P.R.C.No.11 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur, Sivagangai District for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 341, 323, 352, 307 & 506(ii) IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in P.R.C.No.11 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur, Sivagangai District. Therefore, NonBailable Warrant came to be issued on 31.08.2018. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur, Sivagangai District within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
