ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is working as BT Assistant in Adi Dravidar Higher Secondary School, Pudukottai District. The charge memo was issued against the petitioner on 06.03.2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that on account of the pendency of the disciplinary action, he is not being considered for promotion.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is justified. The first respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary action and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.
