RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Hon'ble Court for the petitioners to Comply with the order dated 06.02.2018 made in Crl.OP(MD)No. 1803/2018 on the file of this Hon'ble Court for further one more week from today and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.APPADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 3428 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1803 of 2018, dated 28.04.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of five months to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioners.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) each, in total Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
