PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to impugned auction sale notice issued by the respondents 3 and 4 in No.Nil, dated Nil, published in Dinathanthi Tamil Daily on 16.07.2016, fixing the auction sale of the petitioner's property on 26.07.2016 and quash the same. This writ petition has been filed challenging the sale notice dated 26.07.2016.

2.On account of the subsequent development in the matter ie., after filing of the writ petition challenging the impugned sale notice has to be necessarily rejected. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed and the interim order granted in the writ petition is vacated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
