O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner based on her representations dated 14.08.2018 and 16.08.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that after giving complaint, the respondent police enquired both the parties and they have given in writing that they will resolve the issue before the competent Civil Court. Hence, granting of police protection to the petitioner does not arise in this case.
