ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to approve school committee nominated as per the Resolution dated 19.08.2020 issued by the Educational Agency of the petitioner school.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate circulated a copy of the proceedings dated 01.09.2021 of the District Educational Officer, Srivilliputtur. It is seen from the proceedings that the School Committee has been approved till 31.08.2023. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that for the subsequent period, it is already under process and proceedings will be issued shortly. 2/4
