ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 21.06.2022.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is some dispute between the petitioner and his wife. Hence, his wife got separated from him. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint to the respondent police, for which, CSR.No.86 of 2022 has been assigned. But, till now no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner sent the said complaint through post. On receiving the same, the respondent police assigned CSR.No.86 of 2022. Thereafter, the petitioner was not co-operated for the enquiry and also not appeared before the 2/4
respondent police. However, the respondent police is ready to conduct the enquiry, if the petitioner appears.
4.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent, for enquiry and the second respondent is directed to enquire the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 22.06.2022 and take suitable action on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
