This petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in DVC No.19 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Thanjavur.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
