To allow the Second Appeal, by setting aside the decree and judgment 17.04.2013 made in O.S.No.824 of 2010 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli as confirmed by the 1st appellate Court in A.S.No.32 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli and dismiss the suit with costs throughout.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHANKAR MURALI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, are satisfactory and the delay of 124 days in paying the deficit Court fee if any, is condoned and accordingly, this Petition is allowed on payment of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only) as costs, to the credit of the "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, IFSC Code.SBIN 0000898, M.I.C.R. Code.625002601, State Bank of India, Periyakulam) on or before 25.09.2018.
