ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif - Cum - Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2018 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. (*)"2.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 9 to 12. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents 1 to 8, notice to the respondents 1 to 8 is dispensed with." 3.The petitioners are the defendants in the suit O.S.No.46 of 2018 filed by the respondents 1 to 5 herein / plaintiffs for the relief of permanent injunction and other reliefs. According to the petitioners, the suit is pending from the year 2018 at the 2/4

stage of framing issues. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2018 and also considering the fact that still now, the issues are not framed, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than, twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
